Road and trail/ultra runners, coaches and anyone interested in increasing their knowledge of running.
Is there a virtual offering for this conference?
Yes, we offer a virtual option. The cost of the virtual option is 250 USD. At the end of each day’s sessions, a video of that day’s sessions will be uploaded into our video hosting service. As a virtual attendee, you will be provided with instructions on how to access the videos.
How many in-person seats are available for this conference?
200 seats will be available. Once this limit has been reached, there will be a waitlist created and we will offer the seats on a first come, first served basis based on the waitlist.
What is the cancellation policy?
You can cancel 30 days before the start of the conference (August 27th – last day to cancel) and receive a full refund. However, after this date, no cancellations will be permitted.
Is it advised to rent a car?
As The Antlers hotel is in downtown Colorado Springs with plenty of walkable access to other hotels, and restaurants, a rental car is not necessary. However, should you want to explore outside of the downtown area, a rental car is advised. But you will need to get from the airport to the hotel so here are some options provided by the Denver International Airport: https://www.flydenver.com/parking_transit

Am I able to attend just the Thursday 9/26 Business of Coaching day only?
No, the Business of Coaching Day is only available as an add-on to your conference attendance and is not offered as a stand-alone day.
